Clean upp files
- keep only the source and files necessary for autconf and automake to work.
The project was imported in subversion in an "unclean" state.

Test the isuser and setpass operations with ejabberd
- currently only the auth operation has been tested

Make proper makefiles
- currently the makefiles will only compile under the author's vpopmail 
installation.  Introduce environment variables and the like to allow simple
customization to different build environments

Integrate the actions under my_install in the makefiles
- my_install is a quick and dirty script job to get things working on the 
author's system
